Refund & Return Policy（退款与退货政策）

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the date you receive your product.

If you wish to request a return or exchange, you must contact us first at:

Please do not send any items back without contacting us in advance — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
All accessories, packaging, and included items must be returned together.
Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts due to customer mishandling cannot be refunded.

If the returned product does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to process your refund.

All approved returns will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days depending on your bank.
